Refund policy

Free returns

We accept all authorized returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Fee Policy:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., non-faulty goods, change of mind, incorrect sizing chosen by the customer), the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express delivery company chosen by the consumer.

  • If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons (merchant’s fault), the consumer is not required to bear the return shipping fee for this reason.

For approved returns caused by our fault (damaged/incorrect items): Once your return is approved, we will generate a free prepaid shipping label and email it to you. Simply print the label, attach it to any box or package, and return the items. You will have 30 days to send the items back for a full refund once you receive the return label.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items, and the balance will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that free return labels are available for orders shipped within Europe and are only provided if the return is due to our fault (damaged/incorrect items). To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@royaléfashion.store to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Include your Order Number, the items being returned, and the reason for the return.
